🏃‍♂️ Sports Programme – Cross-Country Skiing

Cross-country skiing is a key element of winter preparation for rowers.
The programme is designed to respect age, performance level, and long-term athletic development.

Training content includes:

  • classic and skating techniques

  • technical drills

  • endurance-focused sessions

  • interval training blocks

  • group ski tours on the ridges of the Jeseníky Mountains

Training sessions are organised in groups and led by experienced coaches from all participating clubs.
